1. Not investment advice

PreInvest publishes factual research and a rules-based risk score. Nothing on this site recommends buying, selling, holding, or avoiding any asset. A “Low” score is not an endorsement; a “High” score is not a prediction of any specific outcome. Consult a registered investment adviser for personal advice.

2. Reports reflect a point in time

Schemes change. A score reflects evidence available at publication and the latest re-scan date shown on the report. Always check the “last updated” log on a report before relying on it.

3. Accuracy and corrections

We work to a documented methodology with cited evidence, but research can contain errors. The exclusive remedy for an error is a public correction under the no-delete policy — requested with evidence via Report an Error.

4. Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreInvest is not liable for investment losses, decisions made using reports, or scheme behavior after publication. Paid reports are research services; fees cover research cost, not outcomes.

5. Acceptable use

You may share and quote reports with attribution and a link. You may not misrepresent a score, fabricate a PreInvest verdict, or scrape the site at abusive volumes. Automated-scan outputs are labeled as such and must not be presented as analyst dossiers.

6. Accounts and payments

Accounts hold your requests and receipts. Fees are charged at submission; automated scans are non-refundable once run; dossiers are refundable in full if we fail to deliver within 7 days.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
