What we collect

• Account: name and email, to deliver reports and receipts.
• Submissions: scheme details and documents you send for review.
• Payments: processed by our payment provider; we store receipts, never card numbers.
• Analytics: aggregate, anonymized page stats. No cross-site trackers, no ad pixels.

What we never do

We never sell personal data, share submitter identities with investigated companies, or reveal anonymous tipsters. A tipster’s identity is known to at most two staff members.

Public by design

Commissioned reports are published publicly — that is the service. Do not submit personal information inside scheme documents you don’t want associated with a public case file.

Your rights

Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account data any time via the contact page. Deletion removes your account and submissions-in-progress; published reports (public records of our research) are retained under the no-delete policy.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Payment receipts are kept 8 years for tax compliance. Anonymized analytics are kept indefinitely.
